955i
Had a client ask for an addendum letter to a report I did to cover nesting birds after the planning authority queried it and I told him he could pick it up this morning. As I have been fitting a new kitchen this week it had completely slipped my mind so, after apologising profusely and making him a cuppa I set to writing the letter he needed. While I was doing this we were chatting and he said 'I remember you said you were into shooting' I said yes and he came back with 'Well I have 120 acres at the end of the road if you want to shoot it' Could have knocked me down with a feather. Said I would need to sort a permission letter to keep with me and he says 'Print it now and I will sign it off' So now have sole permission to land no more than two minutes walk away for all legal quarry except partridge. To top it off he then asked how much he owed me for writing the letter Sure you can guess my reply.

keg
People buy from people, in other words, face to face contact in any area brings dividends. Well done.
