landy george
So why are most Discovery's not on the road any more? Why are most Defender's still on the road?
Cosd
So why are most Discovery's not on the road any more? Why are most Defender's still on the road? Get onto any Land Rover forums, I think you'll find there are plenty on the road.

al4x
So why are most Discovery's not on the road any more? Why are most Defender's still on the road? Because like triggers broom they are easier to replace crucial bits like chassis
keg
Boot Floor is the biggest weakness in Discos, also check around the seatbelt mounts. Anything with a 200 or 300tdi is fairly bullet proof if maintained correctly.
Radar_uk
i had a FL2 and put 90,000 on the clock without any issues apart from a non working cigarette lighter socket and the usual servicing/wear and tear items, upgraded to a Disco 3 last year and though I have had to spend a lot more on it looking back it has all been once again usual service/wear and tear items and replacement of parts you'd expect to be wearing out for the age/mileage of the car. Find yourself a good recommended independent and you'll save money on the servicing as the main dealers charge a fortune !
