jgguinness
Maybe a dumb question... Looking at an old English SBS, that's chambered 2.5" (63.5mm) am I right in thinking that you would be restricted to cartridges you use? Looking at the carts that I have in my bag, they are all 65mm long, 2.55", so would they be no good? Jonathan
HDAV
i think 65mm are ok and some 67mm (on the box) its the opened length thats the issue rather than closed check the proof pressures too!

Penelope
Same, for 20 odd years. I use 65/67mm in 2.5" chamber ...
wymberley
OK up to and including 67.5mm. "These cartridges are to be used in guns having chambers of 21/2", 65mm or longer", or words to that effect or simply, "minimum chamber 21/2", 65mm" are not always marked on the box.
