strangford wildfowler
Buy a decent semi auto that fits you nice and snug and it takes away loads of recoil and if you have problems with the receiver sparks and dust or whatever other carp comes out just buy a pair of cheap clear coloured clay glasses
HDAV
You should of course be wearing eye and ear protection while shooting clays anyway! Powder in the eye is very painful and dangerous!
grahamch
Have managed with conventional sxs and ou with a left hand cast on the stock and the rest of the gunn (top lever etc.) at right handed. Most big makes go lh versions or get it cast at a local gunsmith. If you buy from Elderkins fitting is in with the price. Only problem I had was a benelli M2 left hander that I couldnt shot cnsistently with so got shor of ity

ginge_afc
I shoot with a guy that has a left handed Browning B725, I'm right handed and have shot with it before. I've had some cracking shots with it so tbh I don't really think that it matters, It's the man behind the gun
mowdy
I am a lefthander and have a lh beretta 687 which when I bought it new was the same price as a rh stock . .I just bought a beretta silversable 689 rifle 2 months ago that was right handed . It cost me £40 to get the cast altered so that the open sights lined up properly for me. If you want semi auto try a rh. gun and see if you can shim the head of the stock. I did this with a beretta 301 semi useing a plastic window packer cut down and wedged in between the stock and the action on the righthand side which altered the cast.
