figgy
Very nice wood, better than the grade five wood being offered on Browning today. Looks in great condition and the top lever is to right, you can't have used it a great deal. Best of luck with the sale. Figgy

Dannydp
I'd guess that the gun may of had a wood upgrade from new or at some point. I have two 325's both grade six, one has very similar wood. Like others have said the wood in them days is far more figured than todays. I'd guess the wood is Claro walnut where as today I think it's more common place for Browning to use Turkish. sishyplops
I doubt it's been upgraded they were just better quality back then, there's another on GT with superb wood that looks better than my G5 mk38, I've had a couple of G6 325's and they beat modern wood by miles, and the modern engraving is a joke, it's a real nice looking gun, it just shows that spare cash is not that common nowadays despite the government telling us how were out of the recession and are better off than we were 6 yrs ago
