12boreblue
I no longer buy mozzy repellent, I take a fresh lemon in a resealable bag, cut it squeeze onto your hands and apply over the bare skin areas, neck and ears etc. Not one bite yet. apply every couple of hours. Also makes you feel a little refreshed! Try it out.
HIDENSEEK
Does it work for midges & horse flies (cleggs)? I believe I read somewhere that elder keeps them off? Midges drive me even more mental than normal when I'm fishing. Cheers

southwest_colonel
Another fan of Avon skin-so-soft here. Also found out it's effectiveness up in Faslane (a horrid enough place without the little blighters!)
kingo15
Would this messing up blueing on barrels like someone reported tomato ketchup did to their gun?

Also found out it's effectiveness up in Faslane (a horrid enough place without the little blighters!) +1. But they've changed the 'recipe'; so make sure you ask for/get the 'original' - the container is so marked.
