welsh1
personally I am firmly of the belief that the ONLY place to pick mushrooms is at the veg counter of your greengrocer/supermarket Personally I like nothing better than free hand picked mushrooms, and I firmly believe they taste so much better than any bought in a store. As long as you know what you are looking for then you will be fine,go out with some one who will show you what a field mushroom is and you will soon be confident enough to recognise one, they honestly smell and taste so much better than shop mushrooms.
