Hello all! Newbie from perthshire seeking advice.

So i tried a few inland geese flights last year and loved it, would like to start wildfowling but don't know how to go about it.

I had a look at the BASC permit schemes and tried to get in contact with ESAWC, but heard nothing back yet.

From a pest control background with the odd driven pheasant & decoying. Got some gear, a Maxus and BASC insurance but no clue what to do next! :)

Any advice would be appreciated.

If you want a taster of true fowling ...below mhwm laid on mud in horrible weather with a good chance of leaving with an empty gamebag' I could help you out if you ever get up Aberdeenshire way.

I see your in Perthshire..you have the Tay on your doorstep.

I haven't shot the Tay for a few years, only went there a few times.

Hopefully someone who knows the Tay better than me will be along shortly and may be able to help you out.
