bullet1747
toying with the idea of doing a clay shoot at work for about ten people at a clay ground ,I know some will say just ask the ground ,thought I'd ask here first am I allowed to take so many on one day at the same time thinking of park lodge
Paul T
Yes, you can take a party - I've done it twice. I took about 10 the first time and it's too many. There's too much standing around while people are given proper instruction. The second time I took 6 and it was infinitely better with much more shooting time. Don't even think of instructing them yourself though. I paid for a couple of hours coaching time so a specialist can get them breaking clays fairly quickly. We managed to get through about 50 clays each so just work out all your costs, divvy it up and put it to the staff.

HDAV
Are you aiming to do the instruction yourself? Agree 10 is too many for 1 inscrrutor 6 max If you don't have a coaching qualification I can imagine the ground won't be happy with you taking a group of novices out
lexikia
Take you SGC if you require extra cartridges, I went with a group of friends and they would not sell me any carts due to not having my SGC. Even though i am a regular
Mentalmac
Perhaps if work can justify it on budgets get two groups and 2 instructors? Nice idea of a work day out, we do the same with my boss (Then again his silver pigeon is just his knock about gun and has a H&H for best). HDAV
I'd buy a slab of 21g before going (depending in ground restrictions and prices)
welshwarrior
10 is seriously hard to manage 4 is a pleasure 6 is not bad at all. It depends what you want to achieve people pulling the trigger or breaking clays.
