AberFowl
There seems to be a huge selection of camo patterns on today's clothing. I have just been shown a prologic jacket in 'mimicry 3d' First I have seen of this camo pattern, wasn't sure what to make of the price paid..looks like it will do the work..basically small blocks of dull colours so I guess will break up the outline and 'blend' in. What camo patterns (if any) do you use out on the mud/merse/marsh..?
Wildfowler325
I have a jacket with realtree AP. its served me well, the colours on it quite dull and not to much green on it which works well for me flighting geese when im hiding in the ditches and seem it blend in well when im flighting ducks from the shore! SEshooter
My new max 5 drake waterfowl gear arrived last week. Looks like it will blend in well. Not had a chance to test it yet as I'm in turkey. Can't wait to get back and get muddy. Off to Orkney on 3rd October so that will be the true test
figgy
I use max4 hd, and mossy oak shadow grass for fowling. Works great when the grasses and reeds turn yellow. For early season plain old olive does with mud. Figgy

kent
if you were really concerned then you need at least six coats for the changing colours and seasons, other than that something in a mucky green / brown and keep still
