panoma1
I accept the Scots don't like the idea of Japanese whisky but that is based on parochialsm more than on knowledge and taste! I would take the Japanese stuff over the Scots ones listed any day! If you decide to split? And post? How much for the Suntory Ian? P1
flynny
The japs won the whisky of the year award this year, I too would be interested in a bottle of the jap stuff, depending on cost, Atb Flynny
Alfieri
For once the Japanese have really got things spot on with whisky and I prefer it but have excess stock and I'm off the drink. I'm happy to split P1 but it's getting it too you. Pm me a reasonable price and we can sort something out as usual I'm sure. nic
Some friends of the scottish persuasion often bring a number of bottles for me to try .... none of which will be available in supermarkets... last time they had a Japanese one and i was mightily impressed..... apparently a runaway from the distilling industry in Scotland had started up over there and was doing rather nicely tasted bloody good anyway pity i dont drink it enough to warrant a trip to collect :-)
Gazoo
I do and if it hadnt already been snapped up (and I was not in a ship in north sea) I would defo have the japanese as I have heard great things about it, also the Japanese speak better of the English than the Scots do! (but I still like scotch)
