HDAV
How much do you want to spend? You could have new barrels struck or hunt around a fora pair that can be fitted with some work, unless the gun is very special to you you can buy a new one and have this deactivated and hang it on the wall for a lot less than new barrels! There are a few who still make/strike barrels http://www.boxallandedmiston.co.uk/shotgun-production-process/stage-2-barrels/ http://www.westleyrichards.com/services/gun-repairs http://www.wwgreener.com/page2.html not sure if anyone who will do it for other guns (Purdey and Hollands will for their guns but not others IIRC) but give them a call (make sure you are sat down when they give you the price)

welshwarrior
I think micks guns had a set of 12 bore SbS blanks but it's a good amount of work to have them fitted on top of their price.

HDAV
You might get lucky... keep an eye on Holts they sometimes have incomplete lots but often due to proof rules these can only go to dealers http://www.holtsauctioneers.com/give them a call. Like this one? http://auctions.holtsauctioneers.com/asp/fullCatalogue.asp?salelot=A1214+++1801+&refno=+++82666&saletype= Edited November 16, 2014 by HDAV

Gunman
Chances of finding a pair of barrels that will- A. fit B. be usable Will be like getting 6 numbers on the lottery. I have been in this trade a long time and have been asked on numerous occasions to see if I can fit a barrel from one gun to another with little success even on high grade London guns of the same period .As most of the guns of the period of yours were "hand built" the differences can be quite substantial. You could get it sleeved but I doubt that it would be economical , but if you want to waste your cash I know a man who will be happy to help .
