Scully
Two practical things have to happen, medical markers and 24/7 monitoring which would have to be done consistently. Thanks Charlie T. '24/7 monitoring' of the applicant?

norfolk dumpling
Sorry if I've missed some of this in the extensive posts which have been produced in recent times but has anyone put a foot on the ball and had an in-depth look at the true extent of the problem: 1) what % of licence holders in the latest 5 yr period have had licence revoked/restricted and for what reasons? 2) for medical issues separately what is the % where concerns have been raised and separately what is the number where that concern has occurred outside of th renewal process? In the back of my mind was a piece of work done by a Norfolk FEO (I think), a few years back I know, where he detailed not just the vv small % of issues with gun licence holders but this was overlaid with other non-criminal offences eg motoring. The result was the most well behaved, law abiding sector of the community.
