antdg
HiI have been playing around in the garage and made this to add some movement to decoys. A lot of my shooting is around the farm yard and that is where I will be trying this out over next few days (if this wind will drop 25mph today ).Have a look and let me know what you think.Cheershttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6QPgCrezZzk&list=UUC9bFGQoMmYFjsFikJ-fQ9g Not sure why my text is boxed in grey Edited December 20, 2014 by antdg

Guest stevo
looks great but how long woukd the decoy keep pecking before it stops, think the idea would be for the wind to keep it moving .
Bluebarrels
Yep should work mate ive had one for years but mine has spring legs and a big magnet so it will stick to the pig arcs, the magnet is a very strong one and secures it well,as the wind you need to get the movement will also blow the decoy over BB maybe you could drill a couple of holes in the plate and tent-peg it down and secure it this way but im sure you have it covered Edited December 20, 2014 by Bluebarrels
Dougy
nice idea, another one is to save your old wiper blade steel inserts and use those, they also give you a nice bit of movement.
steve_b_wales
I have used the steel banding that wraps around concrete blocks etc, in builder merchant yards. Always loads there and usually free for the taking. I cut it in 15" lengths, and attached one end to a wooden stake, the other to the decoy. I found that the slightest breeze moved the decoys.
