shootgun
Been out today after pigeons in the same location, i shot this filed three consecutive weeks and still produced some nice birds. Took my Silver Pigeon out for a change, but i'm not shooting as good as i do with my A400... I hope you'll like it! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbuqngaFhN8
selbyman
Hi shootgun, Nice quality video, enjoyed it very much. Thanks for sharing it with us. I have a silver pigeon which I use for game and clay shooting, shoot quite well with it, ( for me anyway ). Shoot pigeons with a Browning maxus, but I am struggling to be as consistent with it as I am with the O/U. I reckon it's just down to practice, keep going, I am sure it will come good. Guest stevo
Good video mate . I thought you shot marginally better with the auto though. Still a very enjoyable watch . Keep em coming . Ps. Is it still make your headache after 20 mins or so . Thats the only down side with mine .

Thanks selbyman. I think too is down to practice, i'm using my O/U for clays only, where it doesn't matter if you ''*****'' a clay... for live stuff i will stick with my semi though. Nice video and some good shooting. Thanks Neil! Good video mate . I thought you shot marginally better with the auto though. Still a very enjoyable watch . Keep em coming . Ps. I am shooting better with the auto, when i mount it is just there, in the right spot, like an extension of my arms... with the O/U i have to adjust everytime before i pull the trigger... i might sell it... Managed to keep the camera on all day, didn't even noticed is there anymore I'm wearing a soft fleece hat and is stays on top of it, not too tight, so didn't had any problems this time. No dont get rid of the OU mate . At some point you will regret it . I did like so many others who have done the same . Thats why i went out and bought the 682 . I tend to favour the semi in the winter months . But in the spring and summer the move back onto the 682 . I dont know what it is but theres something about shooting over decoys on a nice sunny day with birds committing with confidence and my trusty O/U . I'll keep it for now and give it another try soon mate. Shootgun and Stevo: could it be down to the different amount of clothing worn? It certainly make a difference between wearing a thin polo and three layers of thick winter gear... but never had a problem with the A400 in the summer months though... Guest stevo
Shootgun and Stevo: could it be down to the different amount of clothing worn? No i adjust my guns for summer and winter shooting . Thats why i can maintain the same level all times . Im just on about how nice it is to shoot my 682 in the summer
motty
Decent quality vid. A few too many wounded birds for my liking, though.
shootgun
A few too many wounded birds for my liking, though. I know, and i don't like it either. Is a brand new gun i've got as replacement after the ejectors failed to work at the old one, and i have to pattern it i guess... I'll stick with my A400 in the mean time. kippylawkid
Well done for posting. I thought your decoys looked the business later in the vid. BTW Mere mortals can't kill each bird clean every time like some on PW,
shootgun
I'm making every effort to ensure a clean kill, or if not, a quick dispatch of the wounded birds. We all know is not possible everytime, and we have to live with that. Having just started on shotguns a year ago and not having any lessons, tuition or advice, i'm well happy with my shooting.
