ilovemyheckler
Does anyone know of any game preparation courses (skinning, preparing a range of game - pheasant, rabbit etc.) preferably localish to Aberdeen. Have only found a couple so far but one is in Kent and the other Berkshire. It doesn't have to be a formal course it could be a localish butcher of countryperson who has the knowledge and teaching skills. Happy to travel as long as I can get there and back in a day. Thanks. ilovemyheckler
Watched quite a few but my preference is to have someone show me and then they can watch and advise me when I have a go.
