mike555
hi i have a BRNO sbs and wandering what the choke on it was, on the barrels it says the chokes are 17,6 and 17,8 but what dose that mean as far as it being 1/2 or full etc any advice would be helpful cheers
retromlc
I think they are the bore sizes, chokes sizes are often stamped with stars on the lumps, the more the stars the more open, say 1 star for full and 5 for cylinder
wymberley
Unless you have a 14 bore which you'd know about, they're choke sizes albeit somewhat unusual. They're 3/4 and Full - each being a tad open assuming the standard 18.5(0.729")mm bore diameter. Edited March 1, 2015 by wymberley
aga man
I think these equate to 1/2 and 3/4 but not too sure. Bit more debate about it herehttp://www.doublegunshop.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=347504&page=all Edited March 1, 2015 by aga man
