barney 66
I have just bought a new IPhone 4s 16gb off eBay, brand new supposedly unlocked, it's not, I am on T mobile and the previous owner was on Vodafone so I guess it's locked to that, where is the best place to get it unlocked, preferably somewhere you have used yourselves, Thanks barney
point and shoot
I recently used Fast GSM.com to unlock a Samsung. Straight forward DIY. See their site for step by step how to.

Livefast123
I had the same problem with a 4S i was given that was locked to Orange. Luckily i could contact the previous owner who contacted Orange who unlocked it in a week, did cost £20 though, done via wifi. The only way to unlock Iphones is to get the original network to unlock it and then send the data to Apple who will place it on the unlocked database. Be very careful of all the online compnies who claim to do it and take a cheap prepayment, only to charge a fortune later. I updated my 4S to Ios 8 and it turned into a brick.....god bring my S3 back! Edited March 5, 2015 by Livefast123

Guest rimotu66
If it was sold to you as unblocked and it isn't then get your money back, eprey and preypal always find in the buyers favour.
Jaymo
Plenty of places on fleabay will do the unlocking via IMEI. Simple and reliable in my experience and just takes an Itunes sync and ur away.....
Lord Geordie
I was told my Galaxy would need a code to unlock! Found a short vid on how to unlock it by just going into the menu. Took me about 45 seconds and it's now free to any network. Cost me nothing. Some networks offer a free unlock once your contract is up, from what I have been led to believe! My old galaxy gti9000 cost me £30. The S3 is free using the menu.
