Imperfection Posted March 21, 2015 Report Share Posted March 21, 2015 Does anyone know if you can still buy flash powder as I used to buy it from the joke shop. it came in a box with two tubes and sheets of blue touch paper oh we had some good times with that stuff I think flash powder is fine grade black powder-therefore licensed. My pal shot a window cleaner up the coco valve whilst he was cleaning first floor windows on Canterbury high street. He went ape ****.
