David BASC
Dear All, The Countryside Clay Shoot, a charity event in memory of the late Hugh van Cutsem, will take place on Saturday 23 May 2015 at Six Mile Bottom, the historic shooting estate in Cambridgeshire. Teams of four will shoot six stands simulating driven game including grouse. The cost per team is £600 to include bacon rolls on arrival, cartridges, clays and lunch. Individual Guns are also welcome at £150 a head and will be formed into teams on the day. More info here: http://basc.org.uk/central/the-countryside-clay-shoot-2015/ It was a cracking day out last year and a great opportunity for a few teams made up of PW members to show the other teams a thing or two! unico1
Bacon roll I'd want half a pig for that money, not being a Scrooge and yes I know its for charity but who thinks of these figures. If the fee was half that I think you'd be turning folk away. Just a tight pigeon shooters thoughts, I've got my tin hat on!!!

rimfire4969
Simulated game shoots are normally around this price. How many targets? Some simulated days put 1000's of clays in the air and if this includes cartridges seems not a bad price.
