silverhawk
Just got my renewed fac through post and it's come back The firearms and ammunition shall be used for shooting any lawful quarry The firearms and ammunition shall be used for target shooting My previous conditions listed each firearm by calibre and it's stated use like pests deer and fox target shooting. I'm happy with the new condition but puzzled because the way I read it if One of my firearms was for only target shooting it seems With this condition it could now be used for lawful quarry too? Yep they are seemingly all coming like that now, much more sensible, mine renewed last month is no longer species specific , it does however still stipulate on ammo I.E its states exp, perhaps your target rifle ammo if a singular caliber does not state exp ? The Mighty Prawn
Bless your force for such progressive wording, ours isn't bad but does specify deer for my .223 which I know is possible for munties but could lead to confusion if someone wasn't familiar with the deer act. And my .22's say for vermin control which as we all know is an undefined term which nobody has had to defend in court yet

The wording on my fac is identical to yours, has been for nearly a year under Durham.
