alastair0903
Worst iphone ever made , mine lasted 2 months . Bent in my pocket , knackered the main board . In my eyes a phone not fit for porpose , i had to buy myself a 5s to replace it but on the bright side at least i have a phone that i know will not break in my pocket ! alastair0903
I decided I needn't bother as I never claimed after years of iPhones , how wrong I was . Still I got £250 on eBay for my broken 6 so could have cost me more
Raja Clavata
Just discussing this at work, it has just about all the same features as the HTC I bought 3 years ago and nothing more really. As an example, the HTC used to warn me about traffic congestion prior to leaving work, maybe the iphone can do it too but it was automatically enabled on the HTC. The advantages of iphone are branding and the iOS / user interface.
Billy.
The biggest advantage is that you cannot gain root access to the iPhone, meaning that it is close to impossible to get a virus, trojan or worm. People get upset that root access isn't available, but for 99.9% of the population they would never need to gain this sort of access, or know what to do with it. The hackability of Android is truly the biggest risk to the platform, but a lot of people don't seem to consider that their phone is no different to a desktop or laptop, with just the same vulnerabilities when root access is available. I don't have anything against Android, but I wouldn't be doing my banking on one.
