Livefast123
Having had enough of wasting far too much valuable time cleaning cases I decided to buy myself a cheap ultrasonic cleaner to see what all the fuss was about. I settled on a JPL 7000 from Amazon at around £30 delivered. I wasn't really sure if it was going to be big enough but when it arrived I could easily fit 50 .44 Magnum cases into the bowl with plenty of space for more, but didn't want to overload it. I had 100 old target cases that needed major cleaning so I made up a cleaning fluid although I only had around half the vinegar I needed so it was weak. I put the cases on for 15 minutes and they came out like this. Not blingy, but the primer pocket and inside were clean. The water came out like black tar...... Well worth it and will hopefully save a lot of time.

steve_b_wales
I use Birchwood Casey case cleaner. I warm it up in the microwave first, then put it in the ultrasonic cleaner. My cases come out sparkling, both inside and out.

Albert 888
Janitol(citric acid)and hot water works a treat in mine,I think it works good enough on its own without the Ultrasonic cleaner. It's the staining and tarnishing from drying I don't like. Can't beat a bit of autosol or car polish in the tumbler.
