monkeyjaimz
Now then fellas, been doing a bit of rabbit control for a local farmer for a few months and on tuesday he called me up and took me to another one of his places - a group of freshly drilled, extremely isolated but large fields, the main one of which is smack in the middle of a large wood and a large quarry. Had my first expedition out there last night, had a whale of a time even though they were a bit overly-twitchy etc. Bagged 8 bunnies for eight shots although by the end of the night I could only find 4 of them as it had got dark by then and they never seem to be where you remember leaving them do they? Not proud of the little uns, but to maintain the permission, I guess it was a call I had to make

Vegeta
weird I was at a new permission last night as well and shot 6 with the .22lr one was a very young bunny but it can be hard to tell in the failing light and the land owner wants them gone so not much choice really

monkeyjaimz
Well done. Young rabbits cause damage as well and fry up nicely! FM That does ease my conscience considerably, that and the fact they're all bagged up in the fridge for the weekend
