There are no flys on La BALA..........

just to warn you what he is up to............his game plan is to dismantle his landrover piece by peice and post every part to you so you can re-assemble it properly and it will be like a newen when you have finished

just watch him....he's a sneaky one ... :lol::lol:

so here is where the problem started, and after trying to sort it out after half an hour id ran out of ideas and it had ****** me off a little so i came back inside and gave in till tomorrow :no::no:

found all the fixing that fix to the bottom seats and to the wheel arch, found the bottom bit that lets the seat swing up and down, but as usual in my moment of madness where i gathered all manner of things up at took them to be galvinised, and not knowing the process of galvanising there no longer able to swing as they should, as my roof vents there ******* stuck fast :no:

so i tried to free them and the bolt snapped which wasnt a bad thing really, then it looked like it had a couple of washers on, so i thought if i can get them off everything will be ok ish.

tried to bang them off with a screwdriver and hammer, no luck, so put the thing in the vice, no luck, heated them up, no luck, then i looked at the rest to see what they were like, different all together is what they were like :lol:

looking at them i thing i should be able to either heat them up and work them free, or drill them out and use some kind of nut and bolt and loc tight it on to where it needs to be to allow it to swing free,

so will have to try all that tomorrow and the weekend, its all good fun :lol::lol::lol:

Light getting brighter at end of tunnel now bud :good:

seems to be :good::good:

the trick is to not rush it....heat the area up slowly........if you do it carefully ...not rushed it wont destroy the galvanising.....

EDIT.....

PS........you wally............. :lol::lol::lol::lol:

ham fisted and bull in a china shop spring to mind, although treating it genital :lol::lol: now is no good as there not nut and bolt anymore :hmm::hmm:
