so today, first job was to tighten all the exhaust brackets and what nots, and all the rubber seals for the doors whilst i waited for my mate to come, done :good::good:

then our fist job was to get the passenger door on and make it look pretty, it was out a bit like the first one, but with a little bit of this and a little bit of that, we got it to more than acceptable state,

do you put any sticky mastic strip on inbetween the body panels..............i know you have to for the roof...but dont know about the body panels... :hmm:


as long as thats all YER washing out :no::no:

The front windscreen has a rubber seal at the bottom, it's main purpose seems to be to trap water and rot the bulkhead. :lol: I think the rear window panels have a seal below them too, they sit on the galve cappings if I remember right, or I could just be making that last bit up :/ Deffo one under the windscreen though.
