it was my mates fault, he does a bit of green laneing on his enduro bike and on the second day of owning that land rover he suggested we go for a drive around where he goes, ended up in pond weed, didnt have the winch then so it stayed there all night, had to get my cousin up next day to drag it out with his JCB,

i did try put towing eyes on too but the bolts wasn't long enough as there was a gap between where the bumper sat, but when i bolted it on it drew it up, so i will take it off tomorrow and try again, sat in place waiting :good::good:

Carpet in the back is OK for a show queen but if you are going to use it it will be a nightmare to keep clean and dry. Did it originally come with carpet?

I like this option, you can just throw any old carp in the back then.

seems practical, but like you say, not for a show queen and thats what she will be, by me anyway and i dont intend on keeping it that long i dont think, and yes it was all carpeted in the back, sound proofed and carpeted in the front to,all part of the new county station wagon range, got all the front stuff from paddocks a few days ago, seems a shame though to hide all the new shiny floor and nuts and bolts,

Not easily, The stitching (and the carpet) is probably a nylon type material and probably wont take the dye.

yes iv just found some car carpet dye but it said that the more wool the better and it wouldn't work as well on nylon, but for some dye for a tenner ill give it ago :good::good:

I bought one of these Car Cover the other day to stick over my S3 until I can be bothered to finish it. I have to say for the money I was quite impressed and is equally as good as the Monsoon covers we normally buy for our cars that are left outside but a lot less money.

Even fit over the spare wheel on the bonnet and with defender wing mirrors on.
