flyeruk
I have just seen these on ebay and wondered if anybody had any experience with them? Just curious really.
Westward
I can't see any advantage and it's a bad idea to practice focussing on the end of the barrel. Also I'd be wary of any 'mounting aid' product being promoted with a picture of someone who's understanding of mounting a gun is so poor that he'd demonstrate it with a stock that's about 2 inches too short. You can practice your mount in front of a mirror in your own home; you don't need to buy one and fix it to the end of your muzzles.
Arfdone
I think the guys are missing the point of this. It's to practice mounting not aiming. You look at the position of your eye in the mirror and make sure you have it in the same position consistently. If you practice in a mirror on the wall it's not the same as when your following a bird. Keeping your head on the stock is the key to a good technique. It also shows you what a gun fitter sees when he checks for gun fit. read more about it here; http://www.ribeyeshootingaid.com/
