8 shot
Just looking on just cartridges for some good game cartridges for January and gamebore are selling blackgold dark storm 32g fibre for £314/1000 and wool wad for £408/1000!!! how the hell do they justify £94/1000 difference for the same cartridge or am i missing something, or is wool just a gimmick not wool at all. As a farmer i know wool is practically worthless you can buy a hell of a lot of wool for £

Vince Green
The original wadding was felt, which is made out of wool . Some people say it made the best wads because it compressed and expanded outwards under firing, sealing the bore completely. Modern firbre wads are made from wood fibre and are perfectly good enough for me. Its a "traditional" thing using felt
chris1961
Just another way to get you to part with you're hard earned wedge stick to normal fibre
