fizzbangwhallop
Cheers steve the T20 looks ideal what is a AS pil and would it be agood idea to get filters (unless thats an AS pil) From what you've written I'm guessing you're thinking the IR torch will give you a visible light to shoot by...... unfortunately it only provides 'eye invisible' light that's picked up by tubed or digital night vision devices. Just using a torch to shoot by means you need a white, red or green one..... I'd go with red initially. LEDs don't work well with filters though. If you want to go down the NV route then joining the #### would be a good place to start... plenty of options in building your own including a recent thread building an add-on unit for less than £100. An Infra Red led torch is a requirement and the 'AS' IR led is the latest big improvement over the previous versions of the IR less available. Cheers Fizz Hmmmmm........ it doesn't like me mentioning the nv forum (dunno why.... the guy's on there are perfectly happy to cross-reference other forums) so go and look in the relevant section on this forum. No, I meant a coloured AS pil. I have the AS 'IR' one.
