FalconFN Posted February 15, 2016 Report Share Posted February 15, 2016 I use a ProQ smoke box. Expensive for what it is but it produces heat free smoke for 8 hours and is idiot proof. I made a simple smoker from pallet wood and it works great for small-ish things. +1 on the book BTW, very useful for all kinds of smoking.
