pigeon controller
While walking the dog last night I noticed a good number of pigeons on the buds before they went to roost. This morning I opened the bedroom curtains and had fifteen birds on the two mature Beech Trees in the garden so we may be entering that period that we lose the birds from the crops to the trees for a short time they then return to the clover or crops , a body else seen them on the buds? Hoges
No buds on the Beech in Oxfordshire yet. Just starting to show some signs. Plenty on clover and still at the Rape near me.
ElvisThePelvis
Still hitting rape here and very flocked up, drillings almost finished and trees not budding that much, shot 19 for 39 cartridges roost shooting on Friday, very tricky shooting.. Seem to be a few on clover too but outside of permission.

DEADLY PLUMBER
I've seen them feeding on buds round my way in the last couple of weeks. Also I decoyed some yesterday on a field of weeds. After doing very little on the OSR. I watched them going on to this field from my hide. So moved and got a few.
