Mines an Accuracy International .308 with Schmidt & Bender glass on top . Nice. Reason for choice would be 1st round hits on Charlie at 800m! Fortunately I have had the opportunity to shoot "best" English side-by-sides including Churchill and Purdy. Very enjoyable, but I would be scared to own and use one regularly, in case I damaged it in any way. "Novelty" guns like a 3 shot bolt action .410 , a Winchester action sb 12 bore (Cooey?) and a Czech 36" sb 4" magnum goose gun, have passed through my hands over the years and been sold on. I have had the same two guns now for 15 years and have no desire to change much. Although I have been thinking about looking at a little 3 shot 20 bore if there are any good ones out there.
