Bear68
There's a letter on the Lead Ammunition Group website from Elizabeth Truss of the Department of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs stating no ban on lead ammunition will be introduced. I would post a link if I knew how.

David BASC
I feel that the wildfowling clubs take compliance very seriously indeed and as a consequence compliance is very very high. As I have said before, its some inland shoots that put on duck drives where, perhaps, in some cases the message has not quite got through. Getting the message across on compliance is , of course, still on BASC's agenda, but I chose not to post that point on here initially, for fear of yet again being chided for 'preaching to the converted' David
Brixsmaid
Perhaps the gun trade will now be able to restore the value of old English guns, being that they won't be able to blame the imminent lead ban for the alleged drop in their values !
