Davyo
After rushing out on several occasions after getting the 'Mackerel are in call'and ending up spending 30mins with the daylighrs in a rught tangle i decided to take action.Rods are ready made up on the garage rafters so i made a rod carrier for the Jimny.Cost £0.00 as just made from stuff i had and they work a tread, been out a few times now and rods dont move & no more trying to get rods together on the pier.Simply drive into the carrage 30secs and they are on,drive to location within 30secs they are off and ready to cast. happy.plinker
Would the suction ones be ok on a curved roof surface, I thought they'd be flat for glass etc?
Davyo
Would the suction ones be ok on a curved roof surface, I thought they'd be flat for glass etc? Ive used them before for lamps but suctioned to the su roof glass. The reason i didnt use one for the rod holder is it will be driven on public roads.I dont fancy losing my rods or even worse cousing an accident.
