bunny_blaster
Last week a friend asked if I'd like to join him one evening for a stalk. I've only been out a few times myself this year so accepted the offer and a time was agreed. Yesterday evening I met my mate and we headed over to some of his ground to look for a Fallow. We got to the ground a bit early so decided to wait up in a spinney over looking a grass bank in between two woods. After an hour a Roe buck made his way on to the grass, my mate ranged it through his bino's at 289 meters and I dialled in on the Swarovski ballistic turret. Soon as it turned broad side I took the shot and it dropped on the spot. We took the carcass to the chiller and headed out to look for a Fallow on some other ground. The light soon faded with no suitable Fallow seen but non the less a excellent evening was had and some venison sausages will soon be heading my way. Cheers Ben
