Feltwad
Enclosed are a couple of images of a pair of Beretta o/u muzzle loaders .These guns which are reproduction were built in 1980 to mark Beretta 300 years of gun manufactureand and are known has the Tri Cennennial model ,they came with all accessiors which included a powder and shot flask plus cleaning and loading accessiors This gun never really became popular with the UK muzzle loading shotgunner mainly due to price they were more expensive than a shooting original sxs another fault was that most of the guns parts were made with a soft material especially the locks which had to be rehardened and tuned in .Once this was done they became trouble free ,they are 12 bore for which I use a volume load of 2.3/4 drms of medium black powder to 1.1/8 oz of shot for all game. BlaserF3
The last time I saw one of these was at Malmo's and a cleaning brush was left in one barrel near the breech by a previous owner, it looked very nice.
Westley
I had one left to me around 5 years ago but I part exchanged it for something that I could use. I do remember that the late previous owner had a lot of trouble with the lower barrel not firing, due to the long 'flash tube'. He sorted it by buying a wider tube from USA and using different percussion caps. I did shoot it on several occasions but could not be bothered with all of the cleaning, plus returning home, looking like I had spent the morning down a pit !
