No lugging gear around and even carry the gas for the heater on the cool days . Well done Ditchman, showing us how it should be done. if you can do it fair play but how many of us will have a wide headland at the side of a winter rape field you can drive down and being dry enough at the time to drive down and then use the vehicle as a hide... I wish lol
viking
picture 1 reminds me of an old series 1 i saw on ebay a while ago, entitled "hedge find" qualily set up, and sounds a bit like my permission, i can be there for hours with only a hand full of birds, to me its about getting out amongst it and enjoying the day out, what id give for a bag like PC gets thought, but as i keep telling myself "one day"
UKPoacher
no the rear door stays open...i sit on the carpet...and if i look left thro the front of the landrover i can see the birds coming....so i watch them and stand and take them on the left or the right....if most of the birds are coming from that direction ..i drop the rear net and take the birds as they cross...... the thing that spooks birds is movement......i rekon i could stand there in a day glo vest ...and providing i didnt move...they would come close enough to shoot............ you are a wicked bunch of ****.......................why are you so nasty to a poor old man.... You're right. But of course it is such a common sight - someone in a dayglo vest standing at the side of a Landy, the pigeons would just assume that you had broken down again andwere waiting for the recovery truck
