2 magnets

just wondered about using 2 magnets when decoying . Has anyone tried it and how would you use them?. I thought about using them side to side with a small gap so as not colliding together obviously and it would look quite busy. As I always use the A1 decoy hypa flaps which give a lot of movement with the flapping wings. Do any of you think it will work and have you tried it ? Thanks for advise given in advance atvb Steve.

Never know about these ideas till you try them . They may work and then, next time out, frighten every pigeon flock in the UK. That's pigeon shooting for you.

Thanks for that mate seen the twin set up looks very good going to give it a go but will wait till the crops are almost ready (when barley and wheat get laid) and of course during harvest.

I regularly use 2 and sometimes 3 magnets in my patterns. I have used them all year round like this. Take a look at some of my videos on YouTube to see what my set ups look like.

Thanks Motty i see that you have them back to back and they look impressive. The pigeons certainly decoyed and when some flared they were in range to shoot.

Depending on wind direction and other factors, I may have the magnets perhaps 30 yards apart either side of the hide. Don't be afraid to try different things. That's the way to learn what works and when.
