pigeonblasterian
First Friday of February roost shooting in my area.I had to go out and show willing in trying to keep the pigeons moving but i have been looking foreward to it so it was not an effort.Only me shooting at this farm could have done with a couple more to keep the birds moving a bit better.Started off very slow but i could hear plenty of gunshots from other woods so just sat and waited for some pigeons to appear. The last hour before dark they started to flight around and into the wood.Shot 10 but only picked 8 as a couple dropped other side of a barbed wire fence and i was not risking the dogs with the barbed wire. aga man
Well done for being out. We was out tonight and only managed 6 birds each. Despite the brisk wind the pigeons were high up. Luckily i had my trap gun and shot a couple of nice ones
