philm
With a sad heart i have had to have my dog put down, had a fit just over a week ago, vets put him on medication but he was getting worse, struggling to walk, didn't want to get up, took him back to vet's, they said they could give him more medication plus steroids but thought he only had about a month to live. He had a good eye and was great at retrieving, such a faithful friend. I will miss him, RIP.

Walker570
philm, it never gets any easier but someone said you can't buy happiness and they forgot little puppies, go get yourself one. I have had my last dog, the 12th I have owned and been through your sadness that many times, last time 12 months ago. I will not be re placing him because of my age. If you truly love your dogs as family you never forget them. They just do not live long enough.
