washerboy
Can anyone recommend a cordless led hunting lamp, heard of plenty but no real reviews. Will be used when out with my lurcher on rabbits / shot foxs
steve_b_wales
Not a L.E.D one, but I use a Cluson Clubriter. Good beam, fits good it the hand and coloured filters can be added.

steve_b_wales
I just googled those and they are led , sound a good bit of kit I stand corrected They are a good lamp. The beam is pretty tight though and cannot be adjusted. I have a few lamps/torches but this one is used more than the others. Shop around for the best price. If you want a torch, look at the EVO range. Very powerful and different size heads can be fitted to the same body.
washerboy
Only reason I need a new one is my old battery has died and I can get a completely new cordless for the price of a new old school battery. Would like a lithium pack but at £125 a bit steep

geordieh
Washerboy I have a Clubriter too brilliant light very handy but the beam is very tight possibly too tight for running a dog on.Would be easy to lose a rabbit or a fox out of the beam.Have a look at the PLR 500 by Cluson a bit wider beam Edited September 3, 2017 by geordieh
