Any length really, an original 32" or a shorter one. Not fussed. The barrel that came with my Mag-10 has been cut down to around 27" & had a British made external choke tube added. I'd forgotten too!! Far too much of 2017 has seen me otherwise occupied sorting out elderly relatives & other such issues....so hopefully will be back on track in 2018.
