Saltings
I use 7/8 oz no 6 home loads on legal quarry running at 1250 on a chronograph , the way forward as you cannot believe speeds or pattern on shop bought as built to a budget by accountants re load you can tailor your own loads and a nice pass time as well other than that victory challenger 5s will kill anything the rest is down to the pilot Edited December 29, 2017 by Saltings

Fortunately, within reason speed is not critical and there's always the pattern plate.
figgy
The NSI Uno 7.5 are a great cartridge but cheap. If you want a dedicated middle of the road pigeon cartridge the Andy Crow Gamebore carts will do all you need. But so will all 7.5 clay carts depending on distance. I’d go for Hull Superfast or the Express pigeon both in 29g they will do you well and not break the bank.
