chrisv
Chevron LR (low recoil) 28g are 1360fps and 2% antimony Sovereign Fibre are 1500fps and 5% antimony I find the Sovereigns a bit too punchy and use Hull Pro Fibre, same antimony (5%) but a bit slower. 28g are 1450fps, but I like the 24g 1475 fps, they break clays brilliantly, but don't kick much. paulos
the chevrons are a good practice round as they are very soft to shoot, but dont have quite enough punch for my liking. the sovereigns however are superb! ive used the sovereign fibres with 7 shot a number of time and they give excellent breaks
Whitebridges
Have a look at the the Hull website. I put 200 Hull Intercomp 28g through the gun at Lakenheath today. Lovely soft shell. My shooting is getting better all the time.
