My pal beat this system, by buying 3 cars at almost scrap value, sold them on at a small loss, and applied for a trade account! Now, as a "bona fide" trader, he only pays a flat £50 commission on vehicles he buys, regardless as to the hammer price! And he gets trader insurance! So long as he buys 3 a year, he,s ok.
