Andy RV
But hello anyway, I'm in Cheshire, 18 years young and currently own a Air Arms S400. I applied for my SGC lastweek so hopefully I'll be blasting away with that in the new few months, I've done clays before but I'm going to have a couple of lessons to get me going. Markio
Welcome Andy. A lesson is the way to start. Do you have you eye on any particular gun?

Andy RV
I'm not too sure on guns yet to be honest, I've got around £600ish to spend, maybe a little more but I don't really fancy paying much more, Beretta 686's seem to go secondhand for around this much, I've been in a few gun shops but can't remember many of the models, a lincon and another that begins with M, I think he said they're made at brownings factory. Beatingisbest, yes that was the one.
malkiserow
Welcome Andy.... I agree with the others... a few lessons with the shottie and some time on clays will really help. Malk
Andy RV
I had my first real lesson yesterday, It was great, I'm going to have another next week, I used a browning, very nice gun, I hit about half, maybe a bit more, I seem to hit more last time I did it though, maybe it was because of the strong wind that was blowing at the time. Anyway it only cost £40 for a 1 hour lesson with 60 shots, looks like a gret price compared to other places!

Suffolk shooter
All the best with you application, and good luck with the shooting when you get your gun. Get yourself something that suits your budget and you. Try your mates guns at clay grounds to see what suits you best. SS
