Scully
Came across this term when researching an old Perazzi shotgun. What exactly is a 'bunker' gun? Is it an American term for simply a trap gun? I've seen it referred to regarding live pigeon guns and especially those which have no barrel selector and are designed to fire the top, more open choked ( or multi choked ) barrel first, the bottom barrel often being fixed and very tightly choked, such as extra full. The Perazzi in question was an MX2.

PhilR
Bunker trap is the American terminology for Olympic Trap. Bunker meaning the trap layout inset into the ground rather than a DTL trap above ground.
