Chris B123
We bought a couple last August, 2 cube 500 pro's, list price was £2,200 each, but if you wait till they release the next years model, we got them for £1,650 each. I know its above your budget, but the principle would still apply.
Eyefor
Hi. You can get big discounts with the "Cycle to work scheme" and our Son gets 50% off at Evans via a deal with his Employers health scheme. Info here https://www.evanscycles.com/electric-bikes_c Others available / no connection with Evans. Separately, a friend has a Trek model and loves it. I'm far too young to consider one... Robertt
These bikes are a much sought after target for bike thieves and quite a few unattended Ebikes have been stolen locally, despite having been fitted with very expensive security cables. In one instance CCTV outside a pub showed the offender with large bolt croppers turning up and making off in a matter of seconds. In less time it took for the owner to buy a pint. The bike was seen being put in the rear of a white Transit around the corner but no reg was obtained. I dont know what the answer is ? Perhaps a motor cycle D lock ? Dougy
I've always wanted to invent a foot long spike that shot up through the seat if the wrong person got on it.
