Stuarta
The 390 is a lovely gun to shoot, friends have borrowed mine and all say how smooth it cycles after the shot and one who had a shoulder injury was amazed at the lack of discomfort he felt after a round of clays and 28gr cartridges. Scully
A mates AL 391 lightweight is a superb piece of kit. It has a 24” barrel ( the elongated fore-end makes it appear even shorter ) and is very very smooth. It is just sublime to shoot. He is considering getting rid to replace it with the new Mossberg in S1 ( when he can get hold of one ) and even though I have the Benelli I am still sorely tempted to buy it off him. I’m not a fan of Beretta OU’s but I do like their autos very much.
